While we can accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability, we recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance. For airport pickups, special events, or peak travel seasons, booking several days ahead is advisable to ensure you get your preferred vehicle type.
Our Standard plan allows free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled pickup. Premium plan bookings can be canceled up to 12 hours before, and Executive plan bookings can be canceled anytime without charge. Cancellations made after these timeframes may incur a partial fee.
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. On the day of service, you’ll get an SMS notification when your driver is on the way, along with their contact details and real-time location tracking through our app.
